Job Summary
Under minimal supervision organizes, prepares and conducts complex training and educational programs for user personnel. Works alongside a cross-functional team of Enterprise Change Management experts to develop training strategies, plans, and content to enable Enterprise-wide DRIVE operating model changes for Senior Executive leadership to the team level including 12,000+ team members - all in support of One FedEx.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for orchestrating and activating Operating Model releases employing change strategies to make it easy for users to know what's changing, why, and what it means to them and their daily jobs.
- Co-owns training strategy, planning, development, and delivery for new DRIVE Operating Model Releases and updates.
- Develops training curriculum and materials using methods that make changes stick, greatly reducing the need for retraining, questions, and further coaching.
- Collaborates with a team of enterprise training strategists, specialists, communicators, and change managers to design and orchestrate all change management aspects of enterprise-level changes.
- Partners with internal customers and subject matter experts to understand user needs and collect ongoing feedback. Measures effectiveness of change management activities.
- Develops expertise through ongoing partnership with Enterprise Business Agility teams and stakeholders to understand change details as they are being defined and developed.
- Coordinates the production of training and/or multimedia applications
- Responsible for knowledge management and change control for materials
- Coaches and mentors others in less senior positions
Minimum EducationBachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Minimum ExperienceFive (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment, including:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Developing training plans
- Designing training content
Desired QualificationsWorking knowledge or experience creating training content using the following:
• Articulate 360 or similar
• Adobe Captivate or similar
• Camtasia or similar
Domicile Information:This position is a hybrid role and can be based in Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA.
Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: US Pay Range: $5662.27 - $9342.75 Monthly
