Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading Facilities Management provider to hire an Engineering Manager based in NYC.

Your new role

The job duties of the Engineering Manager will include the following:

- Oversight of multiple accounts throughout NYC/Westchester and surrounding areas

- Provide technical guidance, managing teams of Engineers and Chief Engineers

- Work with clients on MEP activities such as, PM's, labor allocation, equipment assessments, etc.

- Be consultative with both existing clients and potential clients

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Strong technical background in MEP needed- (Can be a former Chief Engineer) - Ability to visit multiple client sites in the NYC Metro area

- Proven expertise on the FM services side is highly preferred

- Prior management experience desired

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a strong plus, but not a requirement; industry-related certifications are highly desired as well

Base range of $120-140K; benefits
