Position Summary:FAU Harbor Branch, located in Ft. Pierce, is a research institute focusing on marine science and oceanography with over 200 scientists, staff and students that work and study at the site.
Florida Atlantic University is seeking an Electronics Engineer - Fort Pierce, FL.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Working with the principal investigators to define the scope of the project.
Creation of detailed electronic design specifications.
Develop the electronic hardware prototype and software based on the design specifications.
Creation of hardware test processes and procedures.
Conducting system testing/troubleshooting in a laboratory environment.
Support system testing in the field environment.

Minimum Qualifications:Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of experience required.
