As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll lead our Early Careers and Internal Mobility teams. You'll innovate on the Early Careers strategy to pipeline talent for Best Buy, and advance the team's strategy around internal mobility to provide a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring leaders. To do this, you will have a deep understanding of the external landscape and successfully collaborate across the team and business partners to inspire and influence.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What you'll do: Develop a clear, innovative strategic vision for Early Careers and Internal Mobility Manage repeatable TA processes/programs and associated technology relationships Inspire the team and partners while exhibiting Best Buy's values and inclusive behaviors Manage budgets and measurement initiatives Basic qualifications: 9 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources or related fields 5 years of experience with people, project and process management 5 years of experience leading a team of recruiters Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of experience leading an early careers/university program 2 years of experience workforce planning Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel Experience storytelling with data Experience managing and maintaining a budgetTravel expected 25% What's in it for you:
