Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Director of Growth Strategy

THE POSITION We are looking for a creative yet analytical leader, passionate about brand and culture, to help grow our category-defining brand. This role will optimize our multi-channel strategy across the entire funnel and find opportunities to test and scale new channels, focusing on efficiency at every step. You will lead a cross-functional team of employees and external partners, acquiring and retaining new and existing customer cohorts-both online and offline. This position reports directly to the CEO and is ideally based in Los Angeles, though remote candidates will be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish, own, and execute multi-channel growth strategies aligned with business goals.

• Design and manage new customer acquisition and retention initiatives across social media, email/SMS, paid search, affiliate marketing, media placements, and more. Adapt and optimize strategies as needed.

• Set goals, monitor, and benchmark key metrics like CAC, AOV, and ROAS.

• Allocate and manage marketing budgets and monitor spending efficiency in collaboration with the CEO and finance team.

• Lead and oversee product's digital updates, including product launches, new programs, market expansion, and brand partnerships.

• Recruit, train, and manage internal and external partners (analytics, comms, partnerships, CX, etc.).

• Collaborate with the PR team and CEO to ensure visibility and alignment across all marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Share market insights and growth best practices, providing the team with data to make informed strategic decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience at a fast-growing company in a similar role.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail, with a balance of quantitative and qualitative skills.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Ability to distill complex data into simple, actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• A passion for creativity and a love for social gatherings and events
