Job Summary:
Manages compensation programs to ensure competitive, cost effective, and legally compliant programs. Develops goals and objectives that will support the Froedtert Health (FH) strategic direction. Communicates compensation programs and policies to staff and acts as a resource. Provides leadership to the compensation team to accomplish objectives. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 5 years of Compensation leadership and 10 years of general compensation experience is required. 10 years compensation leadership, 15 years compensation experience. Some healthcare compensation experience is strongly preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelors degree in human resources or related field is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:Microsoft Office skills and Intermediate skills with strength in Excel. Other report writing skills including Crystal and Access preferred.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR or SHMR-SCP required or must be obtained within 3 years of date of hire.
