Director I AI Technology

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates must live within 50 miles of a PulsePoint location.

The Director I AI Technology is responsible for directing the delivery of smaller less complex AI and/or Digital product initiatives that optimize the value of artificial intelligence across the enterprise while enabling business needs including improving service and driving adoption of AI and analytics across the enterprise. Has oversight for enterprise-wide AI and/or Digital initiatives and products.

How you will make an impact:

• Planning, directing, and controlling teams of resources and initiatives to drive and deliver AI objectives and requirements defined by senior technology leadership and product management.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of company-wide efforts and goals and the ability to manage budgetary constraints.
• Directs teams with various capital and/or levels of responsibility and complexity that are broad in scope.
• Oversees budget development and management of those budgets.
• Establishes processes, sets objectives, and defines requirements to meet business goals.
• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Partners with customers to understand new product requirements.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study and a minimum of 8 years experience providing leadership and or leading teams or projects while demonstrating technical expertise in several specific technologies required; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Experience as a program leader including but not limited to business case development through final implementation strongly preferred.
• Experience with leading delivery teams, large code bases, and high transactional-based systems is strongly preferred.
