The Director Creative Design is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing original creative content across multiple websites, landing pages, and digital assets. This role is responsible for working on end-to-end user journeys.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Day to day oversight for team of graphic designers
• Oversee design process from start to finish, including ideation, production, and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the content team to ensure a cohesive vision that maintains brand and company standards and industry best practices.
• Develop creative, illustrations, variety of assets to be used across websites, email, social media, presentations and more.
• Ensure design quality and integrity meets high standards.
• Maintain brand consistency across branded assets.
• Manage a creative asset repository.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital design trends and technology.
• Own the structural blueprint of our user experience across digital platforms to ensure designs are scalable and user flow is cohesive.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design or equivalent field of study
• 8+ years of graphic design experience
• 6+ years of web design experience
• 3+ years of user experience design
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of designers
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity using Adobe XD and/or Figma, and Canva
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and major web design principles
• Strong UX/UI aptitude
• Strong attention to detail with ability to ensure design accuracy
• Strong creative and creative strategy skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of web design, HTML and CSS
• Familiarity working in Agile method

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
