BioDPD&M is a global organization responsible for the development and manufacturing of stable, patient-centric clinical products in support of Sanofi's dynamic biologics pipeline. Your job? You will split time between supporting digital transformation and contributing to developability and preformulation studies as part of the Developability and Preformulation Sciences (DPFS) team.

Main Responsibilities:~50% time leading the digital transformation of our global department:• Help chart the roadmap for BioDPD&M digital transformation in alignment with corporate vision.
• Lead deployment and ensure ongoing effective functionality of laboratory information management systems including automation of data capture from a variety of complex instruments.
• Interface with our cross-functional partners (including CMC Data Sciences and Research Digital & Biologics Strategy & Innovation) as well as dedicated digital support providers to identify and implement solutions that will improve laboratory efficiency and data access.
• Improve and maintain digital support applications (Sharepoint, databases, etc.).
• Identify, communicate, and/or facilitate relevant digital training and upskilling opportunities.
~50% time supporting drug product development for Sanofi's biologics pipeline:• Be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting developability assessments and preformulation workflows, collaborating with colleagues in discovery, protein engineering, analytics, drug substance process development, and project management.
About you

Experience: Management of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) including automated data capture.

Soft and technical skills: Strong work ethic, team- and project-focused attitude, and motivation to produce high quality results on an aggressive timeline. Good leadership qualities, communication skills, and an established track record of cross-functional project management. Solid understanding of protein structure, chemistry, and degradation mechanisms.

Education: PhD in Biochemistry, Data Sciences, or a related discipline with 3 -5 years of experience.
