We are seeking a talented Design Lead to join our dynamic Experience Design Team. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your design expertise while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create meaningful experiences.
Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives for design systems projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members across UX, product, visual, motion, and brand design disciplines.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Creative Cloud to create and refine design assets.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Support design efforts across various time zones, particularly CST/EST.
• Maintain a portfolio showcasing your design work and processes.

Skills

• Proven experience with design systems and libraries.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Creative Cloud.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles and best practices.
• Ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in motion design and brand design.
• Familiarity with data-driven design approaches.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment.
