Design, build, maintain and optimize the enterprise cloud data warehouse platform.

Candidates must be located in Phoenix, Arizona.

Essential Duties:

• Design and develop highly scalable and resilient infrastructure and pipelines for data processing and services using modern cloud data technologies
• Manage overall orchestration of the enterprise data warehouse platform
• Optimize performance, costs, and scalability of cloud data services
• Train and deploy machine learning models
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or technology related discipline
• 4+ years' experience working as a data engineer with exposure to cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks
• Expert knowledge of the following: Spark, Python, Scala, Hive, SQL
• Extensive experience of building and maintaining large scale ETL pipelines and in-depth knowledge of various big data frameworks and architectures
• Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
