We are seeking customer service representatives that are friendly, understanding and detailed oriented.

Must have customer service background working in an office setting

This is not a call center!

Taking inbound calls

Responding to emails

Calling back customers regarding questions

Data Entry

1-2 years of recent work.

Word and Excel background
