We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are open to an individual in our Milwaukee, WI or Racine, WI facilities, as well as Centennial, CO, and Nashville, TN

We are looking for a someone who thrives in a fast pace, collaborative environment and enjoys customer service. In this position you will have the chance to establish and maintain positive working relationships with our customers. This individual will also coordinate activities and collaborate with team members to ensure customer order accuracy. We are willing to train the right person for this position!

Job Duties:

• Maintain accurate account records within Salesforce Verifying all accounts have accurate discounts, account notes, billing information and account owners
• Communicate effectively and in a timely manner via phone and/or email with customers and account managers to ensure questions and orders are prepared correctly.
• Review and process all return material authorization requests in Salesforce
• Effectively work with operations, engineering, and technical support teams to ensure accurate account management and information in Salesforce
• Enter all quote and orders cases from Salesforce into Oracle
• Process all the credit requests received in Salesforce and the accounting team into Oracle
• Review and process all order requests assigned from the Quality Service Center

Qualifications:

• High School Degree
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Basic proficiency in Salesforce & Oracle preferred
• Able to work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong ability to multitask and respond in a professional and accurate manner
• Strong attention to detail

Salary:

$22-25/hr.
