Exciting Opportunity: Creative Operations Supervisor
Are you a skilled project management professional with a passion for driving efficiency and excellence? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Creative Operations Supervisor.
Responsibilities:

• Partner with agency leadership to build an outstanding operations function, with a focus on processes, tools, consistency, and efficiency.
• Own all aspects of project forecasting and resourcing, optimizing workflow, capacity planning, and reporting.
• Develop and execute strategies to maintain the health of the work moving through the agency, managing any roadblocks and helping to resolve issues.
• Identify areas of opportunity to optimize workflows, introduce tools, or improve reporting, with the goal of enhancing efficiency and team engagement.
• Develop and document creative processes, decision logs, and other key information to support reliable and consistent workflows.
• Assess current practices and reassess as the company and team evolve, maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach to operations.
• Execute general agency operations communications and change management, with clear and consistent messaging and reinforcement.
• Support ongoing administrative needs, including freelance hiring and onboarding, documentation upkeep, meeting management, and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing creative resources (e.g., project managers) in an agency setting.
• Proficiency with reporting and workflow management tools, such as Hive or similar project management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
