We have an opening for a Contract Administrator in Costa Mesa!
This is for a project that will last for 3-4 months.
Onsite
Hours 8am-5pm Monday to Friday!
Responsibilities:
• Check incoming emails, which include copies of contracts in a PDF file format
• Verify all pages are included in contract; verify project number for contract
• Recreate contract file using a company standard naming convention
• Prepare file to be moved to company filing database
• Verify subconsultant contracts have provided proof of insurance
• Verify contracts have been signed according to company signing policy
• Enter paperwork into an electronic system by using optical scanners
• Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
Qualifications:• High School Degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of filing systems
• Great attention to detail
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and well-organized
• Good at multitasking and time management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Knowledge of office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, etc.
