The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site operations for construction projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and monitoring safety policies
- Managing the overall project schedule
- Determining construction methods
- Scheduling and supervising subcontractor work
- Developing and maintaining site logistics
- Ensuring quality control
- Maintaining cost control
This position reports to the Project Manager.
Experience Required:
- Multi-story light-gauged steel & CMU construction.
