Job Title: Compliance Manager
Location: Sioux City, IA
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all operations and processes within the company comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the food and beverage industry.
- HACCP and ISO 9000 Certified and knowledge.
- In-depth knowledge of FDA, USDA, and other relevant regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
