The job functions include: Source documentation generation in study startup; Contacting patients and caregivers to schedule research visits, Tracking enrollment progress; Organizing and coordinating research visits; Run the study visit (cognitive testing and MRI) per protocol; Maintain records of monthly/yearly progress reports, protocols and ICFs tracking and version control in shared drive, Maintain source documentation of study activities, including essential document and correspondence; Invoice study activities, Perform subject reimbursement according to study protocol and verify accuracy; Perform data entry; Performing preliminary cognitive or imaging analyses if applicable.Job DescriptionTo coordinate essential national consortia study in patients with early-onset neurodegenerative conditions such as frontotemporal degeneration, primary progressive aphasia, movement disorders such as progressive supranuclear palsy and associated neurodegenerative diseases. The job functions include source documentation generation in startup, maintain DOA log, contacting patients/caregivers to schedule research visits / tracking enrollment progress; Organizing and coordinating research visits; Run the study visit (cog testing, collect/process/ship biosamples, image tests, etc) per protocol; Maintain records of monthly/yearly progress reports, protocols and ICFs tracking and version control in shared drive, maintain source documentation and CRFs of study activities, including essential document and correspondence; Invoice study activities, perform subject reimbursement according to study protocol and verify accuracy; Prepare for study monitoring and audit, Generate meeting agenda, Record and distribution of meeting minutes; Data acquire and upload (INDD, NACC, etc), Perform data QC and fix discrepancies, performing preliminary cognitive or imaging analyses if applicable. Uploading and maintaining clinical, imaging, and other databases to share data at Penn and within NIH consortium studies if applicable.
Hiring range minimum for this position is $44,947.
Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
