We are seeking a licensed (LMHC / LICSW) Clinical Director to join our Brewster, MA-based organization dedicated to assisting justice-involved youth.

Requirements:

• Clinical licensure: LICSW or LMHC
• Experience with adolescent caseload / residential settings preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Individual / group and family therapy sessions
• Lead and organize ISP meetings, progress reviews, re-entry plans, etc..
• Oversee the various needs of patients
• Involvement in advocacy components of the program

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 9:00a - 5:00p EST (flexibility available)
