Job Summary

The Client Contracts Administrator I, reviews, analyzes, and understands contract terms to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and company policies concerning candidate qualifications and credentialing requirements. This position is also responsible for assisting internal business partners with interpreting and implementing contract terms and conditions. To ensure consistent application of standardized requirements across clients, the Client Contracts Specialist is responsible for preparing and updating an E-book and supporting reports used by Clinical Leadership and team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review all client contracts (3rd Party, Direct, Managed Services Programs, and Associate Vendor) for all divisions to ensure consistent language with company standards and/or clients' expectations.
  • Builds candidate qualification and credentialing requirements in all appropriate systems accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinates and prioritizes workload to meet deadlines consistently for all assigned activities.
  • Proactively identify & mitigate risks to achieve target completion dates.
  • Communicates and follows up with appropriate partners to ensure positive client and clinician experience.
  • Proactively engage with internal functional teams, and customers as required to ensure successful completion of contract responsibilities.
  • Communicates requirements to 3rd Party and Direct Clients, clarifies facility requirements that may be different, negotiates to eliminate those differences, and documents such efforts.
  • Communicates to appropriate partners to resolve ad hoc requests and take action timely to clarify information or escalate as needed.
  • Document work timely and accurately; ensure all platforms are up to date. Clear assigned queues daily.
  • Achieves quality, accuracy, and productivity targets as assigned by the leader.
  • Stays abreast of process changes and assists with workflow development and/or implementation and other quality-related activities.
  • Provides support to special projects (Strike events, EMR projects, State audits, etc.).
  • Demonstrates ability to handle complex issues while maintaining a flexible positive, collaborative demeanor; adaptability to meet periodic changes in departmental needs. Promotes direct, honest, open, and timely communication.

Qualifications
    Education & Years of Experience
    • High School Diploma/GED plus 2-5 years of work experience

    Additional Preferred Experience
    • 1 year of experience with compliance and/or credentialing
    • 1 year of experience in the health insurance industry
    • 1 year experience in project management
    • Yellow belt certification
    • IT and/ or Compliance certification

    Work Environment / Physical Requirements
    • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
    • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

      Pay Rate
      $18.25 - $21.50 Hourly
      Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
