Job Title: Capability Manager - Trial Claim

Work Location: Remote

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm CST

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience with claim management
• Knowledge of claim adjudication platforms

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for specific services, functions, and solutions available internally or as a supporting element of a product, typically not sold stand-alone externally. Positions in this function play a critical role in delivering products to market and/or managing internal business functions.

• Capability management requires alignment with business and/or product strategy, effective design and development, and ongoing management of the capability portfolio across the full lifecycle to ensure business-specific or cross-enterprise impact. Market insights are leveraged to monitor trends and the external landscape, informing capability strategies and customer use case scenarios.

• Positions in this function are accountable for delivering sustainable, financially sound solutions that solve specific problems and enable successful external product delivery and/or internal business function performance, while driving adoption with internal business clients and defining future capability direction that supports business strategy and new opportunities.

• Drive capability vision, strategy, priority, and roadmap, engaging appropriate enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignment.
• Manage the capability and its usage across businesses throughout the lifecycle, using a defined development process.
• Maintain awareness of broad market trends, with a deep understanding of relevant business and/or product strategies and related use cases.
• Partner with stakeholders to enable successful prioritization, development, delivery, and adoption of capability.
• Manage ongoing capability performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap, and lifecycle decisions.
• Serve as the capability champion, applying deep expertise to credibly represent, manage, and engage with businesses.
