Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. You'll document requirements, define scope and objectives, and help design systems that align with overall business strategies. This position requires a strong foundation in business analysis, with an emphasis on drafting user requirements and using tools like Jira and Confluence. Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
• Document business requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Assist in formulating systems that align with overall business strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project requirements and solutions meet business objectives.
• Provide support in ensuring the integration of systems and processes.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Work closely with managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals.

Top Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Expertise in user requirements drafting.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of API technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow pre-established guidelines.
