The Associate, Corporate Strategy will work closely with the Manager and Director of Business Strategy to support enterprise strategic planning including developing enterprise initiative roadmap, monitoring the success of customer and dealer experience initiatives, and helping to plan and develop materials for executive leadership meetings. This role will include responsibilities such as conducting in-depth analysis, identifying key insights, and drawing conclusions, enterprise alignment, and developing relationships with teams across the broader organization to help execute on strategic initiatives with the focus on long-term growth. These responsibilities will require strong problem-solving skill, qualitative and quantitative research and analysis skills, and written/verbal communication skill.

What to Expect

This role will include responsibilities such as conducting in-depth analysis, identifying key insights, and drawing conclusions, enterprise alignment, and developing relationships with teams across the broader organization to help execute on strategic initiatives with the focus on long-term growth. These responsibilities will require strong problem-solving skill, qualitative and quantitative research and analysis skills, and written/verbal communication skill.

What You Will Do

1. Support cross-functional strategy projects: Encourage all engaged teams actively to participate and collaborate in the projects and build constructive consensus aligning all participating teams.

2. Create clear executive level presentations to communicate results to internal teams, executives and global leaders on project key findings and recommendation in written and verbal communication formats.

3. Build relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts across functions and business units.

4. Coordinate planning and development of materials for executive biannual executive leadership meetings.

5. Perform annual enterprise planning activities for assigned divisions and departments.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

• 2-4 years of experience of Strategic Planning in Sales & Marketing, Finance, Business Intelligence, Project Management

• BS/BA required; Master's in Business or Finance a plus

• Experience in short and long term Corporate/Business Strategies and framework

• Proven track record of supporting cross-functional projects or teams

• Experience with primary and secondary research techniques

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

• Experience presenting to Senior Executives

• Captive automotive finance knowledge a plus

• Advanced skills with Excel, SAS database, SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools a plus

Work Environment

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
