Location: 3 days/week on site Philadelphia, 2 days remote

Duration: 6+ month contract, potential to become a permanent position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with insurance billing systems, claims management, and requirements development. As a Business Analyst, you will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather and document requirements, analyze processes, and contribute to the development and enhancement of insurance billing and claims systems. You will ensure that system functionality aligns with business needs and regulatory standards.

Required:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with billing systems, claims management, and requirements development.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, define user stories, and create functional specifications.
