Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting existing data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and presenting those findings in digestible and insightful dashboards. In collaboration with our operations, marketing, and finance teams we are looking for a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills. Our top candidate will have the ability to find trends and build predictive patterns using data visualization and communicating complex data insights clearly and effectively. This candidate will play an integral role in pioneering digital solutions in the mobility industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of existing data in identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growing our business

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver customized solutions that drive business success
• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular data audits and implementing best practices for data management
• Industry Insight: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
• Strategic Vision: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategy recommendations to senior management. Presentation of strategic concepts at quarterly reviews and with Cintra/Ferrovial leadership will be an important part of this role
• Start-Up Experience: Experience with agile, iterative companies that make quick pivots. Taking calculated risks is critical to the success of this position.
• Data Platforms & Visualization: Ability to seamlessly move between data platforms and merge data to provide insights using dashboards and presentations. Experience in selecting data platforms and participating in the implementation is a bonus.
• Measurement: Assisting with establishing key performance indicators, metrics, and relevant data points to measure our progress as we scale the business.
• Training and Support: Become the expert using our data platforms and be ready to provide support and demonstrate best practices using data analysis tools
• Continuous Improvement: We are in our early growth stage; it is critically important to feel comfortable in a quick moving organization. In addition to constant personal improvement, we want this candidate to keep tabs on our industry and ensure our business is keeping pace with competitors.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, and/or statistics/mathematics
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on dashboard development and data visualization
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and PowerBI)
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Zendesk, and Grafana is a plus
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
