Job Title : Bread and Batter Operator

Location :Camilla, GA

Plant Department : Further Processing

Shift : First Shift

Job Summary : The Bread and Batter Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the bread and batter production equipment in the Further Processing Department.

Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate, and monitor bread and batter production equipment, including mixers, depositors, and ovens.

• Follow production schedules and recipes to ensure the accurate production of bread and batter products.

• Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain product consistency and quality.

• Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and take corrective actions as needed.

• Monitor and maintain proper ingredient levels and inventory for production.

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as necessary.

• Complete production and quality records accurately and timely.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve any issues that arise.

Reporting Structure : The Bread and Batter Operator will report to the Further Processing Department Supervisor.
