We are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician with 5+ years of relevant technical experience to join our team in the Aerospace & Defense industry. This is a hands-on position responsible for avionics installation, electrical troubleshooting, and wiring repair in aircraft systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and work with wiring diagrams, technical schematics, and manuals.
• Perform avionics installation, wiring terminations, soldering, and crimping techniques.
• Troubleshoot electrical and avionics systems.
• Use tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrometers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Must have own tools in good working condition.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (outdoor elements, loud environments).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the aerospace, defense, or military sectors.
• Knowledge of FCC/FCC GROL, FAA regulations, or hazardous materials handling.
