Immediate opening with an Atlanta law firm that provides a wide range of tax, estate, and corporate legal services is seeking an Trust & Estate Attorney.

They are seeking an Trust & Estate Planning Attorney with 2-3 years of experience, skilled in drafting comprehensive estate documents to meet clients' asset management and legacy goals. Proficient in preparing documents such as wills, trusts (including revocable and irrevocable trusts), powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and guardianship designations. Experienced in working with clients to ensure personalized estate plans that align with their wishes and address both family and tax considerations.
