Please visit our website at www.fielding.edu to learn more.  SUMMARY  We are seeking Doctoral Associate Faculty for the Applied Psychology PhD Program in the School of Psychology to work remotely on a part-time basis. Preference will be given to candidates who can teach PhD-level courses in any of the following areas: biological psychology, cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, social psychology, history and systems of psychology, multicultural psychology, performance psychology, positive psychology, health psychology, qualitative and quantitative research methods/statistics, or psychometrics.  Applicants should have a demonstrated record of publication in peer-reviewed psychology journals.  Applicants interested in engaging in research practicum supervision must have experience doing so, preferably at the graduate level.Applications must include a CV and cover letter explaining qualifications to (1) teach the course(s) for which the applicant is interested in teaching and/or (2) supervise research.  They must also describe their teaching philosophy/approach. Positions begin as early as September 1, 2024. QUALIFICATIONS We seek scholar-practitioners who have experience teaching remotely, ideally at the graduate level; a record of research/scholarly publications and/or practitioner experience in psychology; relevant expertise in the area(s) in which the applicant wishes to teach; and a PhD in Psychology. The PhD should not be in a clinical/counseling/school/educational emphasis.Courses are 15 weeks in length. Faculty are required to provide 2 hours of live lecture (via video conference) per week although there is flexibility on day(s) and time.
