Join us as an Associate Director/Director of Engineering within our dynamic Facilities & Engineering department. This role is pivotal in supporting site operations and master planning, ensuring timely, technologically efficient support to operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead the engineering operation at our site, with responsibilities spanning process systems, utilities, reliability, and sustainability.
Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for coordinating outside contract support for internal and external site operations for a GMP facility. You will oversee site energy conservation efforts, manage projects, and prepare, execute, and oversee capital and operating budgets. Your role will also involve establishing operating policies and procedures that affect subordinate organizational units and interpreting, executing, and recommending modifications to organizational policies.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Associate Director Facilities & Engineering
15+ Years of applicable experience.
7-10 Years of management experience
BS Engineering
MS/MBA Preferred
