RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client within the banking industry that is looking to hire an Assistant Manager-Compensation & Benefits (Payroll & HR) to join their team in Cambridge, MA. This is a stable and excellent industry, that can provide career longevity and stability. They offer excellent benefits, PTO, tuition assistance, 401(k) match, etc.Summary:The Assistant Manager - Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and Human Resources will manage employee compensation, benefits programs payroll processing and various HR functions.Responsibilities below:
  • Compensation & Benefits - assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs
  • Payroll management - oversee and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees
  • Human Resources - assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, job postings, candidate screening and interview coordination, training, goal setting, performance reviews, foster a positive workplace culture
  • Data Management - maintain employe re4cords and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Compliance and Best practices - stay informed about trends, regulations, and best practices in compensation, benefits, payroll and human resources


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 years of experience with payroll, benefits, compensation and HR functions
  • Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations and compliance issues
  • Proficiency in ADP WFN preferred, Word and Excel
  • Organization skills- very organized and able multitask and attention to detail with proofreading a requirement skill
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal al skills


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
