Volt is Immediately hiring for an Assistant Controller in Colorado Springs, CO.
As an Assistant Controller you will:
- Preparing monthly financials
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Monthly work papers
- Cash Flow Statement
- Monthly journal entries
- Reconcile bank statements
- Daily bank adjustment entries
- Cash Forecast
- Job costing (Cost sheets)
- Invoicing - backup
- Accounts Payable - backup
- Sales Tax preparation
- Payroll and Accrued Payroll journal entry
- Accounts Receivable
This is a
full-time temp-to-hire opportunity
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5PM
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 - 5 years' experience in preparing monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement), including preparation and processing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, producing monthly supporting work-papers, reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Experience in Job Costing, Invoicing and Accounts Payable
- Previous Supervisory experience a plus
- Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables
Pay:
$35.00 - $38.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
