AP Specialist

Hourly Rate: $22-$24

Join our team as an AP Specialist and be a key player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We're looking for someone who thrives in collaborative settings, has a sharp eye for detail, and brings a positive, professional approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable for suppliers, ensuring all documentation and approvals meet audit standards.
• Accurately code and process invoices, ensuring timely payments.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues.
• Research and reconcile vendor discrepancies, providing detailed reports for management.
• Collaborate closely with purchasing, marketing, and management teams.
• Maintain vendor files and support various AP projects.

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of AP experience, including general ledger entries.
• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Familiarity with accounting systems (Great Plains and DocLink experience is a plus).
• Strong math and computer skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to excel in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of American Sign Language and Deaf Culture is a bonus.
