Your Responsibilities:

As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will oversee bill payments for multiple entities, primarily through wires and ACH payments. Your tasks include processing invoices, verifying vendor accounts, reconciling transactions with the general ledger, and managing intercompany payables and receivables. Additionally, you will keep updated on best practices in accounting and ensure accurate wire transfers.You will also prepare monthly bank reconciliations, handle sales tax returns, and perform various ad hoc tasks as assigned by senior management.

What You Need to Succeed:

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in accounts payable and bank reconciliations, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management are crucial. The ability to analyze processes and suggest improvements, as well as multitasking and taking ownership of your responsibilities, will set you apart.
