We have a unique opportunity for someone to contribute their talents and strengths as an Annual Reports Specialist.
We are a nationwide corporate services provider that specializes in document filing and retrieval services with Secretary of State offices and serving as statutory registered agent for service of process for corporate entities. As a registered agent, we work on behalf of corporate entities for which we have been the appointed agent for service of process. As a document filing and retrieval service, we assist with regulated corporate filings to allow companies to lawfully transact business.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Hours per Week: 40
- Wage/Salary: $22 per hour
- Salary Period: Biweekly

The Annual Reports Specialist is responsible for the fulfillment of all annual report filing requirements and incoming client requests.
Primary Accountabilities
- Research, prepare and file corporate annual reports with the Secretary of State offices for the maintenance of entities nationwide and offshore.
- Upload evidence and follow up with states we have not received evidence for.
- Interacting with clients to obtain financial and other state required information required to complete Annual Report filings utilizing many different types of reporting tools.
- Acute awareness of time management.
- Research and update company data throughout internal databases as well as through corporate paperwork on file with various state government agencies.
- Ongoing review and updates of renewal rules, fees, statuses, and penalties for all state jurisdictions for corporate annual report filings for quality control.
What will you bring to the roleAs you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer success and will have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve client success.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience and experience filing corporate annual reports to Secretary of State required.
- A personal landline or cell phone
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with other departments in a positive and professional manner.
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office Word & Advance Excel
- Phone etiquette & communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision, work on multiple projects at once, establish work priorities, and manage time in order to meet deadlines and goals.
