Job Description

Position Summary

The primary function is to manage the I-Buy set up process within Oracle. Maintain Wholesaler Acquisition Cost within Oracle. Secondary functions include; monitoring and processing sales that come into the i-Hold queue, support customer registry in customer setup with identification of the correct class of trade and supporting the quarterly PHS and DSH audits.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• I-Buy - Allocation threshold changes, product adds or deletes

• Maintaining GP attributes in Oracle

• WAC and List price changes in Oracle

• PHS Quarterly audits and PHS eligibility

• Processing of COT inquiries

• Maintaining GP attributes in Model N

• Monitor the Contract Systems Mailbox for requests

• Work on special projects as they arise

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations areas

Education and Experience

• High School diploma; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

• Minimum 3 of years of experience required. 8 years of experience preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Travel Requirements

• Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time; depending on the machine they are operating

This role is based remotely; the incumbent may be remote in any state other than Colorado; California; Connecticut; Montana, Maine or New York.
