The Senior Administrative Assistant to Division of Child Psychiatry provides administrative support to McLean's Division of Child and Adolescent leadership team in all a spects of Divisional matters, including clinical program s , research, education, and philanthropy , assisting in routine tasks with minimal supervision and helping with special projects when needed. McLean and its Child Psychiatry Division are regularly ranked among the top US psychiatric providers, with sites in Bemont , Arlington, Cambridge, and Middleborough MA. The Senior Administrative Assistant provides a strong customer-service focus to work collaboratively with leadership and staff of our programs, those of other McLean Divisions, and those at MGB and beyond. The Senior Administrative Assistant
is re sponsible for the operational and logistical functions within the Divisio n including time-reporting, scheduling, purchasing , check requests /reimbursement , travel approvals, new faculty onboarding, annual performance evaluations for program leadership, and other support functions .
