We have two great openings for a stable company in Huntington Beach and in Costa Mesa.
Daily Responsibilities:
Handling front desk duties
Comfortable with computers- data entry, word, excel and outlook knowledge
Ability to multi-task
Answer calls with a friendly demeanor, will assist callers with questions and will transfer to appropriate department.
Will order office supplies for the office/staff.
This will be onsite Monday to Friday
Must have 2 years of recent work experience in an office setting
Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
