Ledgent is hiring for an Accounts Payable specialist in Tampa Bay. We're able to connect you directly to the decision maker and jump start the interview process! If you're seeking a new opportunity, please reach us! $50,000 - $55,000

Key duties include:

• Perform day-to-day full-cycle accounts payable functions
• Enter high-volume invoices
• Reconciliation and G/L coding
• Prepare weekly AP aging reports and process ACH and check payments
• Prepare Form 1099s
• Maintain vendor communication and assist with discrepancies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree preferred
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Advanced Excel
• Proficient with high volume of transactions
