Accounts Payable Specialist
Temp to Hire, up to $25.00 hourly
North Scottsdale Area

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for processing and managing all incoming invoices and payment
• Review, code, and enter invoices
• Prepare and process payments to vendors, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, invoice inquiries, and any discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of accounts payable reports and support month-end closing processes

You're a great fit if you have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar software)
