Beacon Hill Financial is looking for a contract to hire Accounts Payable Analyst for our global manufacturing client in the St. Louis area. This role is onsite in downtown St. Louis 5 days a week with parking paid for. This role will be paying up to $60,000 annually once hired. If interested, please apply.

Position Summary

Compiles, processes and maintains accounts payable records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

• Verify approval on all invoices and check requests in compliance with the corporate Authorized Approval Manual guidelines
• Coding invoices across multiple brands and/or companies
• Familiar with foreign currency
• Able to process and enter 300-500 invoices per week
• Process accounts payable checks, as well as ACH payments
• Match invoices to remittance and file
• Reconciles vendor statements
• Maintains account payable vendor files
• Open mail and distribute
• Order office supplies
• Coordinate office related functions
• Special projects as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Education

Associates degree (A.S./A.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Accounting; or a minimum of 3-5 year(s) related experience and/or training.
