In this exciting role, you'll:This role requires a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the accounting department's daily operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies. The Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in preparing financial statements, supporting P&L reviews, and driving process improvements.
- Supervise and develop a team of Senior Accountants, Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Support the monthly P&L review process
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account reconciliations
- Process improvement across all areas of accounting and finance
- Coordinate quarterly income tax provisions and annual corporate tax returns
- Lead month-end close activities, including GL entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare audit schedules and financial analyses
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance.
- Proven experience in managing and overseeing accounting operations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Experience with process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
