Accounting Clerk / Mailroom Clerk (Onsite)
Encino, CA (Onsite)
Pay rate: $20
Temp to Hire
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Reviews and inputs invoices in the IMMS AP system once coding is confirmed.
* Serve as point of contact for AP questions from vendors and internal employees.
* Forward invoices to appropriate department for review and approval.
* Pull documentation as needed for audits.
* Review and document for vendor setups and enter new vendors in the AP system.
* Mailroom Duties: sort, stack and scan mail in the mailroom department

Skills and abilities:
* 10 key by touch.
* Ability to type over 30 words per minute.
* Basic Microsoft Word, intermediate Microsoft Excel.
* Must be able to assist in the Mail room department (physical demands)

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 2-3 years general accounting clerk experience.
* Accounts payable experience a plus
* Must be able to assist in the Mail room department (physical demands)
