Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced and reliable Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Natomas, CA. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong command of all aspects of bookkeeping and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll processing.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including the general ledger.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts monthly.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Work closely with external accountants during audits and tax preparation.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay $25 - $27 per hr.
