As an Account Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:

  • Providing world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.
  • Engaging in regional customer support activities, including accurate entry of orders & quotes, RMA's, pricing negotiation, contract negotiation, and creation/maintenance of customer unique specifications.
  • Communicating with customers and sales representatives on deliverables and any additional customer service issues with some work direction from supervisor and peers.
  • Complete and pass required Customer Service Representative process certifications provided by SEL.
  • Using judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems.
  • Assisting with customer feedback tracking and driving to customer satisfaction.
  • Order office supplies, coordinate internal and customer meetings, and provide administrative/office support as needed.

This job might be for you if you have:
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • An associate degree or related business experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • The ability to travel regionally up to 10% of the time.
  • The ability to learn concepts and technical details of products.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, documentation, and communication skills.
  • The ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
  • The ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM tools.
  • Experience in a technical sales environment.

This position is located in Boerne, TX, a charming city in the Texas Hill Country, about 30 miles northwest of San Antonio. You will enjoy local restaurants in a vibrant downtown filled with unique shops and small businesses, as well as easy access to the scenic Cibolo Creek and numerous outdoor recreational opportunities. The city is also home to excellent schools and a rich cultural heritage, with historic landmarks and community events. Boerne's blend of small-town charm and modern amenities makes it a great place to live and work. This position must be located in Boerne and is not a remote opportunity.

Pay Range Data

We anticipate filling this position as a Customer Service Representative I $23.35 - $28.55 per hour. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience, and the salary range may differ if filled at a different level. Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
